Since 1972, Genesis Housing Inc. has proudly provided accessible, affordable one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for seniors aged 62+ and members of the disabled community. As a non-profit, community-owned organization, we are committed to offering housing that promotes independence, compassion, and dignity.

With peaceful rural locations in Oregon (Dane County) and Brooklyn (Green County), Wisconsin, our communities are professionally managed by Wisconsin Management Company and designed to support a high quality of life. All homes are accessible, though please note that second-floor units require the use of stairs.

Genesis Housing is federally subsidized and designated exclusively for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
